Moving things

This project deals with the dependence of certain animals on humans. It was conceived for the exhibition "Moving things" in Linz, 2006.

 


 


                                                  



Interactive object

A container made of acrylic glass is divided into two parts by a partition. Each chamber is filled up to half with water and fitted with a live fish. Through a hole in the middle of the partition, the water from the upper chamber steadily drips into the chamber below. Only by turning the object (the use of humans) is it possible to maintain the water level necessary for the animals.
